Spéléo Québec

Spéléo Québec reunites speleologists who recognize in it the essential partner of the development of their activity. As insatiable researchers, Quebec speleologists criss-cross the province to explore its subsoil, discover new cavities or find new passages in caves sometimes known for a long time. If their passion arouses curiosity, they willingly share it by initiating new followers. Because going underground, whether to visit a known cavity or explore new galleries, is not improvised! This requires a minimum of knowledge and practice to be able to appreciate its underground adventure and evolve safely. The more ambitious the adventure, the more the speleologist must be prepared!

The knowledge that can be acquired is varied. Spéléo Québec offers a variety of training opportunities, such as supervised outings, workshops and, more specifically, introductory and advanced courses in rope techniques.
